Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders take 1 to 4 business days to process and ship.
Q: When can I expect my package?
A: Orders take 7 to 14 business days to deliver.
Q: Can I return something if I don't like it?
A: Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability as every return has a carbon footprint. To be eligible for a full refund, please send us a picture of the item to info@simplegolfshop.com. After that, you can either keep the item, or you might want to donate it.
