Items under $100: Play Guarantee

Not happy? Email a photo of the item to info@simplegolfshop.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Keep it or donate it, no return needed. One claim per customer.

Items $100 and up: 30-day returns

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery for a return authorization. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Large or freight items may carry a manufacturer restocking fee, shown on the product page.
• Software, subscriptions, and activated launch monitor licenses are non-refundable once activated.
• Report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery. For freight deliveries, note any damage on the delivery receipt.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the return is inspected.
